Service Description

The last class on 31st March 2023 is for absolute beginners/motivated starters or those who prefer to approach things slowly and thoroughly. Suitable for all ages and the only thing you need to bring along is a mat and your good sense of humour. This final class is also free-of-charge in celebration of our time together enjoying Pilates at the ReCentre.
